What time are your Angels available?
Cleaning /Shopping
Our business hours are between 9.30a.m and 5pm on Monday-Friday, with a minimum one and a half hour visit.

We can pick up your ironing from 8.00a.m Monday to Friday, with return delivery before 7.00p.m for your convenience. For those clients who leave home earlier than 8.00a.m, ironing may be picked up the previous evening.

Do you provide cleaning equipment or supplies?
We provide all cleaning products with the exception of bleach based products. Should you require a specific product to be used we can discuss this at your personal consultation. All you need to supply is a vacuum cleaner and a mop and bucket

Do I need to be at home whilst you are working?
No, if you prefer to be out, or if you are at work, we can hold a key for your home.

Can I trust your Angels with my home?
All Angela’s Angels are CRB checked for your security and peace of mind.

What if I am away on holiday?
If you don’t require a cleaner while you are away all we request is that you inform us as soon as possible, with a minimum 48 hour courtesy period.

What about Bank Holidays?
Angela’s Angels do not work on Bank Holidays. Myself or a member of my team will contact you prior to the day to re-schedule your service.

Are your Angels insured?
Yes , I hold full Employers and Public Liability Insurance.

How do I pay?
We accept cash or you may use a bank transfer.
